Whipping Cream Biscuits

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup self-rising flour


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Mix whipping cream and flour in a medium bowl. Drop biscuits on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, checking bottom for doneness. Serve immediately. Biscuit dough can be rolled out onto a floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter. Yields 6 – 8 biscuits.
