The Junior League of Houston, Inc. offers ground shipping , via UPS, within the 48 contiguous states to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes). Rates are as follows:

Orders totaling $0 - $49.99: $ 7.49
Orders totaling $50 - $99.99: $ 8.99
Orders totaling $100 - $149.99: $ 9.99
Orders totaling $150 and above: $11.99

Sales Tax

Sales taxes of 8.25% are assessed on all books from other Junior Leagues, pillowcases, gift-wrapping and shipping orders delivered within the state of Texas. Orders delivered outside of Texas are not assessed any sales tax.

Refunds and Returns

The Junior League of Houston, Inc. does not refund tickets or contributions once the order or contribution is placed.

For all product purchases, the buyer must request a refund within 30 calendar days of the order’s shipment. If the products have not been shipped, the refund will be granted according to the procedures in the last paragraph. If the products have already been shipped, refunds are considered only upon the satisfactory return of the products. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the outgoing and return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides proof of delivery.

The Junior League of Houston Inc. will not issue a refund on returns of products damaged by the customer or returns for which return receipt is not confirmed.
